We'll call to confirm within 2 business hours during shop hours.

Step 05 · Anything we should know?

Symptoms, dealer-quote attachments, prior work elsewhere — write whatever helps us prepare.

We'll respond within 2 business hours during shop hours, or first thing next morning if after-hours. Lisa picks up the phone if you'd rather just call (303) 555-0187.

Step 01

We confirm.

Lisa calls or texts you within 2 business hours during shop hours (next morning if after-hours) to confirm date and time and ask any clarifying questions about the work.

Step 02

You drop off.

Bring the car at the agreed time, or use AAA to dispatch a tow to Westside. Drop the key at the counter; we'll text you a confirmation that it's been received.

Step 03

We diagnose, then we call.

We diagnose, write you a quote in writing, and call you before any work begins. We do not proceed without your authorization. You get photos of any condition we find.
